Guidelines

Here at Rust + Roses Beauty Lounge we pride ourselves in keeping the salon properly sanitized and disinfected. we have always followed infection control guidelines and have extensive training in these areas.  During the COVID-19 crisis, our main goal is to provide a safe environment for both our clients and artists. Therefore, we have implemented some new policies and procedures which include:

 

  • All appointments will now be spread out to allow adequate time to make sure our stations and high traffic areas are properly sanitized and disinfected.

 

  • we ask that you are self monitoring prior to your appointment. if you are having any symptoms or have been around someone in the past 14 days who is showing symptoms we ask you to please contact your service provider to cancel and reschedule your appointment. 

 

  • at this time NO additional guests will be allowed in the salon during your service. Children will no longer be allowed in the salon unless they are receiving a service. 

 

  • upon arrival to the salon please stay in your car and call/text your service provider to let them know that you are here and wait for them to let you know it is time to enter the building. 

 

  • Face masks are required by the state for both clients and your service provider. if you do not have one one will be available to purchase. it you are getting a color service we recommend you bring a disposable one.

 

  • All clients and artists MUST wash their hands thoroughly before any service begins.

 

Thank you for abiding by these new policies and we apologize for any inconvenience. We hope that everyone remains safe and healthy during this time, We are excited to see you back in our chairs. 

** Cancelation policy

Please arrive on time for you scheduled appointment time to ensure the best quality service. Being more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation of your appointment and rescheduling for a later date.

 

ALL reserved appointments require a minimum of 24 hour notice when canceling or rescheduling. There will be a $25 fee for any appointment canceled or rescheduled within the 24 hour window prior to your scheduled appointment time.  No showing your appointment is not acceptable and will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled services, a deposit for future appointments will be required if this has happened more than once. 

 

If you are feeling under the weather please give ample notice and I will be happy to set up a new appointment for you once you are feeling better.
